Whether it be family, work, relationships, study or illness, most of us struggle. That struggle is often coupled with social expectations, stress, responsibility and commitments. So much so that we tend not to be living in the ‘here and now’, but rather existing in autopilot.

This can lead to many of us feeling detached and depressed, anxious, and in some cases angry and frustrated.

Mindfulness can help us to just be OK with what is happening, react to our emotions and situations differently and when necessary, improve relationships, reduce anxiety and stress levels, be kinder to ourselves and others, and learn to live in the present moment.
