Hollie’s journey into Mindfulness training began after a conscious decision to research and implement Mindfulness practices into her own life. With the ever-increasing demands of parenthood and full-time workload, Hollie soon found that through Mindfulness practises she rapidly benefited from increased quality of life.

Mind clarity along with greater body awareness and compassion enabled her to self-tailor pain management techniques which would eventually alleviate and overcome her chronic nerve pain.

Knowing what Mindfulness has done for her Wellbeing Hollie has turned to teaching Mindfulness in the hope that she could help introduce others to a more Mindful life.

I am first and foremost passionate about teaching and empowering children and young people to notice their feelings and emotions in a safe space through various creative activities, movement, discussions, and breathing techniques so they can respond rather than react. Embedding these skills at a young age builds resilience, concentration, confidence, awareness of the mind and body, compassion, self care, positive relationships and body positivity.  

Hollie is also trained to Level 2 in Reiki.

Hollie is fully insured and  currently holds and updated Enhanced DBS.
