My journey into Mindfulness training began after a conscious decision to research and implement Mindfulness practices into my own life. With the ever-increasing demands of parenthood and full-time workload, I soon found that through Mindfulness & Compassion practises I rapidly benefited from increased quality of life and a kinder relationship with myself.

Experiencing what Mindfulness & Compassion has done for my own wellbeing I  turned to teaching in the hope that I could help introduce others to a more kind(ful) life.

Having experienced poor mental health at various points in my life, I know how difficult it can feel to find joy in the ‘every day’, and the challenges of knowing when and how to seek support.

My own personal therapy experience led me on a natural path towards wanting to create a personal and safe space for all, with a desire to offer a nurturing, creative and inclusive environment to support others in their healing. 

I am first and foremost passionate about empowering children and young people to notice their feelings and emotions in a safe space through various creative activities, movement, discussions, and breathing techniques so they can respond rather than react. Embedding these skills at a young age builds resilience, concentration, confidence, compassion, self-care, positive relationships, body positivity and mind and body awareness.

I am currently studying my 200 hour Adult Training in Restorative and Vinyasa Yoga.

I am fully insured and currently hold an updated Enhanced DBS.
