In this half term the Children will be introduced to the concept of Mindfulness and the benefits it can bring. We will explore different subjects by having discussion time, playing games, taking part in activities and practicing mindfulness meditations.

Themes for this term are;

• senses • gratitude • concentration • emotions
• calming • exploring our mind • introduction to Yoga
