I have  years of experience working with young people in various settings. All our sessions use therapeutic skills, emotional awareness and yoga to support your individual needs.

Yoga offers emotional and physical benefits to everyone, especially children and young people as it builds and promotes emotional and self regulation, flexibility, balance, strength, coordination, concentration, self confidence and relieves anxiety among many more.
