Inclusive Yoga

Yoga classes that focus on inclusivity using a mix of gentle Vinyasa flow and Restorative practices along with a supportive discussion group online. This will provide you with all the fundamental tools to integrate yoga and mindfulness into your daily life.

 Mindfulness & Compassion group

Programme of 6 sessions. Focusing on Mindfulness, Self-compassion, and yoga. Each session will consist of varying practices, information and supportive material. You will gain skills and resources to integrate emotional regulation and self care techniques into your daily life with the support of your group members. There is also a Facebook group available for ongoing support.

 Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) Therapeutic support

Group and Individual Therapeutic EBSA  programme designed to support children and young people in school avoidance. Students will learn positive skills to help them deal with emotions, social relationships, resilience, kindness to self and others, gratitude, attention, attitude and stress busters. All sessions are fun and experimental giving the young people a chance to learn through games, activities, videos and discussions. They will also create mindful communication techniques with parent and school support staff . 

Yoga & Mindfulness for Schools, Nursery and Community Groups

Workshops and programmes, offering Yoga, mindfulness activities, integrative tools and materials for your school. nursery or community-based group. I will meet with you to discuss your needs or ideas and offer bespoke sessions. All activities are fun and interactive with supportive material for everyday life. These sessions can include helping young people cope with the pressures of both education and family life, focussing on social connections and relationships, anxiety,  resilience, stress, emotions, friendships, bullying, body image, identity, kindness and compassion and much more…
