At You.Ful, we take pride in offering support to children, young people, and adults in accessing counselling services to enhance their mental and emotional well-being. Whether you prefer face-to-face, online, or telephone sessions, we strive to provide the best fit for your unique needs.

Taking the step to seek professional support can be challenging, especially when dealing with feelings of low mood, anxiety, or prioritising mental health. At you.ful, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions.

As an integrative counsellor, I approach your needs, or those of your child, with care and professionalism. By infusing my personality into the sessions, I aim to build an environment where we can collaboratively work towards your goals. The Integrative Approach enables me to draw from various methods, including Person-centred, Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt, Psychodynamic, CBT, and Compassion Focused, tailored to your preferences.

I bring extensive experience in addressing a wide range of matters, including addiction, anxiety, bereavement and loss, bullying, chronic pain, depression, domestic abuse, emotional distress, Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), family breakdown, identity, OCD, relationships, self-esteem, sexuality, self-harm, stress, suicidal thoughts, trauma, and work-related issues.

My commitment to your well-being includes working within my limits of competency and assisting you in finding an alternative therapist if needed.

Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and occur weekly. To help us connect ahead of a session, I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation by phone. Subsequent sessions are £45 each, payable in advance. Concessions are available where appropriate.

Qualifications & Training

I am a fully qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist and a Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
